The Hand of A Hanged Thief
The Hand of Glory is an object imbued with mystical powers. It is the dried left hand of a hanged thief crafted into a candle rendered of the same man's fat or holding the candle. Coveted by criminals with a flair for the occult, the nature of the artifact's purpose is often contested; some say that the hand makes the bearer invisible, some say that it lights the path for only the one who lit it, some say that it's use stops time for all but the one who holds it. The true purpose is not known, however, what is known is that when lit, the hand of glory makes the bearer inexplicably undetectable.
