From the Laboratory of the Dastardly Doctor
This frightening device was one of many collected from the lab of the villainous Doctor Ruprecht Blitzstachel by a forensics team upon his arrest. Blitzstachel was convicted and later executed for his "experiments".
What this particular device was meant for is anyone's guess, the doctor kept no records. What IS known is that no less than 17 unwilling test subjects lost their lives as a result of the doctor's twisted brand of science.
